HW?OE, 2013

This workshop questions the notion of silence. The workshop is held in a sound absorption chamber, which is a room designed to completely absorb reflections of either sound or electromagnetic waves. Inside the room, the silence will drive the spectator to hear their heartbeat, breathing, and even some sounds generated from their imagination. The work would like to invite people to rethink about the idea of absolute silence and what silence means.
